Eligibility for Returns
You may return eligible items within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In its original packaging.
- Unopened and undamaged.
- In resalable condition.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods.
- Items that have been used or damaged due to customer misuse.
- Items that are not in their original packaging.
Return Process
- Contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization (RA). Please include your order number and reason for return.
- Once your RA is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at [email protected] to arrange an exchange. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and the shipping cost of the replacement item.
