Eligibility for Returns

You may return eligible items within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original packaging.
  • Unopened and undamaged.
  • In resalable condition.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods.
  • Items that have been used or damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Items that are not in their original packaging.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization (RA). Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your RA is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at [email protected] to arrange an exchange. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and the shipping cost of the replacement item.
